touch up paint for the wheels?

My car hadn't been washed in long time and I have no spare time, so against my better judgment I took the car through a nearby automatic car wash. They managed to put a small but deep scratch in the LF wheel.

From what I could find, the common BMW wheel paint is called "Reflex Silver" or "Reflexsilber" and it's BASF Glasurit, paint code A44.

Now the interesting part is that I called my BMW dealer and they tell me that A44 is a valid paint code, but that the color is not available in the US, although it is in Europe.

BMW Reflex Silver seems to be available from other sources, but I also found that Dupli-Color sells a *Volkswagen* Reflex Silver. One source said it's not a bad match for a BMW so I think I'll try it.

At worst, it won't match and I'll be back where I started.

Any repair pics with before/after to see how well the color match is?

What is the correct color code for these style 189 stock wheels that came on 2008 E92?
