Need Help Getting A Spare Key For My Car
Hey guys i was wondering if anyone has any contacts on getting a second key made for my car. I have a 2007 335i coupe without the comfort access. I just stopped by my BMW dealership and they wanted $274 was wondering if anyone can get it cheaper. I only have one key so I need a spare incase I lose it and then I'm screwed. LET ME KNOW THANKS

Locksmith here, I say you contact any locksmiths in your area, with a stand-alone shop to drive to.
Some locksmiths can do these keys, and cheaper than dealers. I'll tell you now though, under $250 isn't bad at all. Aloa.Org and use the Find A Locksmith tool. |

That isn't bad. My new X5's key costs $1,400.

I have a spare key for sale. I think I might have 2 in fact. You just need to have it coded to your car. Obviously the physical key itself won't work.
Most generic cars were $75-$125 so hearing $274 from BMW was actually not surprising. |
