F30 18" M sport rims on 2013 335I with M sport?

I am thinking of buying a set of M400 rims from a 2014 328xi with M sport to go on a 2013 335I CV with M sport for winter use. I currently have 19" star spokes on the car. Does any one have any experience with fit and TPMS function going form F30 to E93?

M400 wheels are

18x8 et34
18x8.5 et47.

So, its almost like factory setup, but rear offset is 10mm higher, than E93 have.
Wheels would fit, but i would put at least 10mm spacer to rear.

Also, f chassis tpms are different from E chassis. I just coded out the tpms so it works with wheels speed sensors instead. I dont have to mess with tpms anymore.
