Mak: I'm decided on that Hertz Amp as it is an excellent value for money, is compact and still within warranty for haa price I cannot refuse!! Most on here won't know bar you and Mo unless you've been reading my other thread.. but I am SUPER excited with this amp!!
My Morel HO and Technic Harness have reached my uncle in Ohio safe and sound and should be with me in the next 2-3 weeks tops- eeeeeeeeeeeeekk!! So excited I don't know whether to start a new thread once I've got it or stick to this one heheheh The Sub, Boot Build and Sub Amp will come at a later stage and although it's no secret - I'm aiming to have the best within my budget. Hopefully most will agree . I'm sticking with 2 stages which makes more sense both financially and otherwise |

Thank you.. absolutely cannot wait! I'll write a full list of the stuff I've got and plan for stage 2 soon. Your car and the perf parts ordered are top notch.. the front corner splitters have really transformed the looks

Just paid for my front stage Amp, Hertz HDP4 got it for such a discounted price, only 3 months old comes with all the packaging as if brand new + within warranty - just couldn't refuse so my front stage equipment is complete (except dynamat, wiring and tweeter housing)
Front Stage - Morel Hybrid Ovations - Jehnert XE200s - JBL MS-8 - Hertz HDP4 4 ch Amp and; - Technic Harness Rear Stage - (Yet to be bought but confirmed) - JL 12w7 - Undecided on the Amp - Fully Flush Boot Build Absolutely cannot wait to get started on the front stage now! You have NO idea just how excited I am with this Amp - I have a feeling this system is gonna kick ass! |

Cheers folks, very very keen to get started but gotta wait a few more weeks before the whole lot comes through so just gonna hang on tight. Meanwhile, to keep me occupied, I bought Poorboys leatherstuff, Poorboys Wheel Sealant and Werkstat Acrylic Kit to get me started off on preparing my car for the winter.
Lots of expenses hey but the ups of being the tender age of 25 and not married heheh Last edited by AWBimmer; 10-01-2012 at 03:39 PM.. |

Lucky!
Nobody is there to spend your money on designer cloths, sandles and make up kits. Enjoy the Freedom and stay away from the birds. Well actually I guess you are married! Not even once but twice. First time with E90 and after divorce you are married to E92 now.

Read earlier in the thread that you were getting rid of the wheels? Is that still the case, they look great on there.

Hey Mistryn,
A family member's work colleague has agreed to bring the speakers / harness over for me and is already maxed out on luggage sadly. He's coming for work purposes for 2 days and with an overhead bag so I'm already feeling guilty for my stuff taking up pretty much a lot of room so wouldn't wanna take the mickey. Sorry I couldn't be of help otherwise I'd certainly have helped out. As I understand technic charges a very competitive rate for shipping to the UK and I have bought the harness from him before shipped here for my old car and it was delivered within 2 weeks, poifekkk! Oh thanks for the part numbers buddy |

Morel Hyrbids and Technic received with excitement!! Best part, brought over by someone from the states so no customs or shipping Just ordered the BMW corner mouldings and hoping to pick up a subwoofer this weekend if all goes to plan! Coming along nice and smooth!!
Do I need to get sound deadening folks? If so, what's the most cost effective / best place to source from? Sadly, everytime I begin feeling adventurous, my bank account tells me to calm the fcuk down! |
