Ontario End of Lease Question

I tried searching the forum but I can't find anything

Please help!

I have 1 question only, really!

What extra fees do I need to pay on top of my buyout amount in Ontario? (ie. safety, etc.) A listing of fees would help!

They said I have to go in to meet with them. I don't have time like that sadly. haha!
