MT swap vs oil pan gasket - what’s easier?
What should I tackle first? Is one harder or takes longer then the other? One person job, no lift

MT swap? As removing AT and installing MT? If so that would consume lot more time. If you are just changing the clutch probably about the same.

OPG will take significantly less time if you think about all the aspects of a manual swap involved with these cars. There is some coding that needs to be done to have a successful manual swap.

A lot more work. Pedal. Sensor for the pedal. Wiring for sensor. Line for clutch cylinder. Sort out harness for AT. Drive shaft is different. Diff is different. ECH need reprogramming. Few days worth of work if you have all you need and of course if you know what are you doing. Oil pan is so much easier.

None taken. I just thought these are more labor intensive jobs rather complex jobs. It’s not my daily so I have plenty time to work on these projects and research. It’s feels harder when you have to finish it before the weekend is over or rushed to get it done
