Question regarding passing smog

so i have a 2013 e92 335i and it has a jb4/mhd tune on it. it's in the shop right now to have the catless DP removed and put back to stock as well as the BMS intake. the only after market mods now would be the charge pipe and the tune. if i set the jb4 to map 0 will i be good to pass smog?

Yes. I took mine for smog check with MHD stage 0, stock DP and aftermarket (black) charge pipe. Passed smog. Make sure drive until the car's warm for some miles before smog checking.

I would suggest using MHD app or other OBD2 scanner to scan for code and readiness when you're running map 0, just to be 100% sure.
