hi i am trying to buy borla exhaust tip and have question!

i have 2008 328i and i am trying to do the muffler delete and put the straight pipe than put the borla exhaust tip( which is http://www.ebay.com/itm/310390031749...84.m1423.l2649).
when i tried to buy it from them, they need the size of tail pipe. do you guyz know what size is the tail pipe?? is it a about 15inches??

And also!! if i put the straight pipe instead of the muffler, is it going to be super loud?????
please let me know asap guyz! thx

If you want your car to sound BETTER - muffler delete is not the way to go.

Best sounding exhausts IMO are:

Rogue Engineering IKON
BMW PE
Eisenmann

All above sound best with resonator delete...

Obviously, a muffler delete is the cheapest way to go, but the sound is pretty much $hit - unless you go with the new Active Autowerke Muffler Delete Exhaust System which includes a tuned Noise Cancellation Chamber to assist in reducing/eliminating drone. It is custom made from your car and has the best sound out of all the muffler delete systems I've heard.

So if you're set on a muffler delete, you can still get into the $499 pre-buy until they sell out of initial stock - check it out here:

Plus there is the fact that our NA cars deliver more power with a certain prescribed amount of exhaust backpressure. With a muffler delete you will be upsetting the balance and will prolly lose some HP in the low range (this is even stated by AA in their thread). Whether or not this loss of low end power can be felt or not - idk, but with as little of HP that is available to begin with, I'm personally not gonna install something that states a loss of power in any part of the range just to get a 'loud' exhaust.
