Wanted: Genuine BMW Performance Seats

As per title, looking for genuine BMW Performance seats.

Needs to be in mint or near mint condition please. Willing to travel for collection.

I've avoided that route on purpose lol! I think they are not genuine BMW ones although I could be wrong. I think they are Recaro CS sportster, just re-upholstered.

Possibly so, the last used set i saw was about 2yrs ago and sold for nearly 4k... think they have gone up in value since due to being so rare... happy hunting

Why not go for Recaro CSs? Does the 'Performance' logo really matter that much? I went that route and have been very happy:

That looks stunning. How do you find them without the height adjustment?
I have been looking for a good used set but missed a couple due to them being 200miles away and the seller at the time couldn't wait a few days for me to make travel arrangements. I'm a bit of a geek and would prefer the Genuine BMW perf seats due to side air bags and heating however would definitely consider Recaro CS sportsters. Just need to find a good used set lol!

Mine were bought new and have airbags (but not heating). They were fitted by a Recaro approved outlet who go the positioning and height just right in my view.

There are a couple of people who were talking of selling and I did agree pricing with but in the end they were not ready to sell so it's all a waiting game.

I’d also suggest signing up to M3 Cutters and setting up an alert for the ‘For Sale’ section. Also worth joining the UK E90 M3 Group on Facebook. They seem to come up for sale most frequently in those places.

Thank you, already signed up few years back and had 2 more people offer and retract so seems market isn't ready to sell but it's all good, shifted my focus onto other things.

Picked up KW V3 coilovers for the M6 + Devils own Meth and CIC retrofit. That should keep me busy...
