2008 Woodward Dream Cruise Meet

The past few meets have occurred during the woodward dream cruise, and seem to have had the biggest turnouts, or defiantly had the possibility for a big turnout.

Where: TBA, lets get some ideas, beaus place is usually good, but meeting at bdubs like we did the one time was awesome.

Time: Saturday August 16th, 2008. Rain or shine.
Unless its a complete washout, were still on.

Other member if you could help me out (especially with organizing others from different boards) that would be great.

Yes it seems like I'm posting this early, but this will give you almost two months to make arrangements with work and will give us a ton of time to get as many people as possible to cruise with us.

I do not believe I can make it out to this one =[ I have a wedding in Travers City on the 16th... and like 14 of my friends are heading down to a couple cottages on Lake Erie that weekend and I really wanted to go to that. Now a meet on the same day? Man, I hate weddings.

One thing I notice in Stinger's pics is an area apparently sposored by www.motorwerksgroup.com. I wonder what the story is behind that? Looks like they are a tuner shop (I've never been there). It might be cool to try and meet up with a larger group of german car owners (or maybe not?).

That was a sponsored area Motorwerks bought in Birmingham for the day of the Dream Cruise it wasn't something we had at our meet of course.

It might be interesting doing a more European kind of meet but that could take some serious coordination.

Also, I have kept in touch with Beau and James. I'll forward them this thread.

I'm game for that too. But I think I'd have to leave by 3:30 or 4:00 as I'm working at five. So let's try to do it around 11 or noon?
