Monona Terrace works for me. I thought they charged for parking but we're not going to be there all night so it shouldn't be a big deal even if they do. Mosquitos are a good point, they're brutal this year.

costs more than the tshirt would.

i haven't found anywhere that will do quality stickers for under $3-$4 a sticker with a min order of 100. Plus theres always some $50 set up fee. You can make them on Zazzle but they aren't transparent.
