Fittment Question

I am looking at a set of CSL Reps and curious about the fit. I'm not a pro like some of you. The wheels are 18x8(F), 18x9(R) 35 offset. These would be going on an 06' 330. I was planning on running 225/40 & 255/35 (unless you guys have better suggestions. Just want to make sure these will fit. If they are too far in, I can add spacers, but if they are too far out, I don't want to hit fender. Car is on Pro-kit springs.

So, I went with 18x8 square setup CSL Reps with 35 offset. I know 8" square is not the "coolest" setup, but it allows for more tire selection, cheaper tires and rotation. And let's face it, the car doesn't have enough power to need anything super wide in back. I went with pirelli p7 tires. Now I just have to figure out the spacers I want. This is with a 15 in back, nothing up front. I'm thinking of either 5 front/ 20 rear, or 10/25.

Pretty sure you cant get a hub centric 5mm spacer but I may be wrong.
From the photos get at least a 10mm up front and 25mm in the back if you want flush.
Easiest way is to measure from the edge of the rim to the outside of the fender and get the spacer that is closest to that measurement
