Exclamation New e90 owner - SOS Error aftermarket radio

Hey there!

First of all, I do not know what device is needed to code. I got my e90 328i about 2 months ago, so new to all of this.
I suppose the Carly for BMW is not capable of disabling the SOS error that comes up with my new aftermarket radio (Just a pioneer radio, single din from Crutchfield).

I eventually want to get the Eonon GA8165A (didn't know it existed until after I go the pioneer one.. FEELS REALLY BAD MAN... Also the same price as the pioneer one... *sigh*) and I would like to make sure that this SOS light/error doesn't come up anymore.

What exactly do I need to code the BMW, and how do I disable this light? Thank you!

You need a coding cable and coding software.
The bimmergeeks.net cable is recamended here.
You need the Inpa suite and it would be a good idea
to get Ista for future problems both of which are available
at the Bimmergeeks site .

There are threads here on the actual coding steps you need
to take on removing SOS .
