MHD won't connect with ignition on

So I made a post earlier about my ecu acting up after single turbo install. Well now the ecu is running again and the car is running again on the stock map thanks to ecu specialist Ercan. But it still will not connect to the dme when just the ignition is on I can connect to the dme via laptop and I can read codes on my tablet when the car is running but when just the ignition is on I get no connection to the dme. Any fuse or something that could be the cause of this? I've contacted MHD waiting for a response, any ideas?

Does your cable have a switch built in?

Are you sure the car is in the on position? Don't have your foot on the brake and hit the start button. I have seen some owners make this mistake.

Hopefully you got this resolved!!

Which cable do you have? I had the same issue and to fix it all I did was move the switches and try to connect again.

Having this same issue with my car. I have MHD loaded onto my phone for ease. Upgraded phones and the cables won't connect to the new phone for some reason.

I experience the same issue with the One-stop-electronics cable.
I just keep re-connecting until it works. Normally 3-4 times.

I'm still experiencing this issue with the One Stop Electronics cable.

Does anyone know a fix for this? Or do I need to keep trying?

What happens is with Ignition on, plugged cable in, it lights up and connects for a few seconds - then turns off and MHD can no longer detect the cable.
