Can anyone explain these faults... i own a 2012 e93 328i with no lights on the dash. once scanned using bimmercode or carly those codes pop up. please not that my car doesn't include a screen but has Bluetooth connection. once i connect my phone, i cant use the mic it seems it doesn't hear my voice. can anyone explain the codes.

First step, I usually clear the codes a couple times to see if that fixes the problem. If not, I would maybe hard reset Idrive by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. I have a feeling if the mic can't hear you, perhaps check the wires running towards the head unit and see if they are broken or disconnected.

Unfortunately, I think there are multiple possible malfunctions for this code. It looks like from what I have read that this can be anything from a transfer case malfunction to an abs sensor malfunction. But most cases seem to have some sort of light come on when the code is presented, so this seems odd that no light is on. Do you notice a lack of power or any noises while driving?

ghost_m2c on low end maybe... but not that noticeable. could a vanos result on those codes or no?

I doubt it. Looks like it is probably a transfer case malfunction. Have you have any All wheel drive lights recently?

ghost_m2c my car is a rwd car not an xdrive car so it has no transfer case.

If you had Ista/D plus you wouldn't have to bother with code translations
as long as you could read one of the major language's it supports.

Otherwise you can google these just as easy as any of us .
