Mine installed moderately easily, thanks to reading everyone else's notes.

Mine is a 2011, so I began by removing the sun visors & clips, then noticed that for my fat man-hands to fit all the way behind, it helps to remove the original cover moulding (which the dashcam moulding will replace anyhow) before sliding my chubby mitts in behind the headliner.

Then I fumbled round, found the clips, popped down lamp cluster from the head liner, mounted the half-moulding with the camera inside, connected the harness and the camera connection, and clipped it all together.

Downloaded the CYHY app on iPhone, paired over WiFi (default password in the paper instruction booklet which came with it) and got ready to view some hot dashcam action...

But I didn't see a memory card in the packaging...

And my other dashcams use the MICRO version, so none of them will physically fit.

Am I missing something? was it tucked inside somewhere concealed? I've looked but I can't find a memory card.

Mine came with the memory card already installed in the camera.

Jumped on this as well, received in 2 days, Amazon Prime and the Micro SD Card was installed already.

One question I have for those who installed this and use their HomeLink..Did you have to reprogram your Homelink? It appears that I lost connection to my GDO and will possibly need to reprogram.

In addition, for those who are having a hard time with removing the light panel to access the wires, I saw the Youtube video (believe it was DelMarco?) which showed removing the 2 visor clips for easy access under the headliner to remove the light panel. It was a great tip.

No, it's a micro SD. I bought SanDisk Ultra 32GB microSDHC UHS-I Card with Adapter for larger capacity - works great.

Well, I checked, and... There's the micro SD card, in the camera!

At first (when I first downloaded and connected to the app) I'd been getting a message saying "SD card not installed" or something very similar, but after driving it for a day, I now see a ton of videos on the card (viewing the video files on the app), and I can also see the live video stream also.

Looks great to me!

I'm going to move my GPS-enabled camera to rear-facing, and make it discrete, with ignition power-on & off. I had the same setup in my Audi ever since I was rear-ended and the lady tried to say I switched lanes in front of her.

VERY tidy little setup, this one.

also VERY pleased I didn't go with the Alibaba one. Not having to run switched power from the back of the fusebox was worth the extra 20 bucks, EASILY.

Yeah that's weird... Oh well, could always call Amazon and tell them it's supposed to show Prime but it doesn't and have them wave the fee haha.. Not saying I've done that successfully before, but I've done it successfully before haha..

Well, I don't have Prime yet, and it arrived about 2 days after my order was placed... that was using the free shipping option, so I'm thoroughly delighted!

Mine did not have a memory card. It is the micro SD card. The same ones that go in modern day smart phones.

I ended up buying a Samsung branded 32GB shock proof, waterproof, magnetic proof, heat/cold resistant card from BEST BUY for around $12.

No biggie because I rather buy a good SD card that will hold up well inside the car instead of getting a free-bie that may not last long.

Took about two weeks to get mine and just got it installed. Overall, pretty easy installation and the quality is very good.

Anyone having a problem where the video clips are sometimes 10 secs and other times 3+ minutes. I have the settings set to 5 min clips but it still seems like duration of the clips are really random. There's also some gaps in between clips.

I installed mine yesterday. Now my sunroof won't work properly, or reset. Also, the camera has conection problems with app. I hope to get this sorted asap.
