I found this info on another website he wrote. Simply push up on the sunroof button for about 30-45 seconds. The sunroof will cycle through its various settings, and when it finishes your sunroof should be working properly again.

This. It will work and should clear the error. DO NOT, however, let go of the button until it has gone through the entire cycle - vent - closed - full open - full closed.
