Will a 40" flat panel fit in the back seat of an e90?

The dimensions are: 10.9" x 48" x 30.9"

I'm thinking it will fit in the back but wanted to see if anyone had any experience...

I fit a 46" in the back of my e46. I'm sure a 40 will fit just fine in the back of a e90

Just bought several LCDs for work, of various sizes but we did get a 40". I didn't use the E90 to pick them up, but judging by the boxes there is more than enough room in the backseat the 40". Could probably fit two on the seats easily.

so for everyone's reference. it did fit, but I had to take it out of the box in order to do so.

once i took it out of the box, it was really easy to fit everything.
