YES!! i just called my CA and he said my 328xi coupe was on the Toronto, its scheduled to arrive in NY on the 17th and he said i'll have my car on the 19th............

according to vesseltracker.com, the ship is currently docked in belgium right now - which is right on schedule. although now that phozenstone has mentioned it, i really do hope our ship arrives in NY on the 17th instead of the 19th!

now that our cars are finally on a ship, i do not find this waiting period to be as agonizing as before since there aren't as many unknown variables anymore. the biggest torture so far was really not knowing when my car would go into production! this can change quickly once it gets closer and closer to the US i'm sure.

mine should be on the toronto.... my dealer said it is scheduled to get here on the 19th (not sure if he meant NY or Baltimore...I would assume Baltimore MD), since its closer.

WOW.. your car sure took long. I ordered mine over the Labor day weekend and its on this ship

haha did you mean memorial day weekend? i received a production # when i ordered the vehicle and it was for a late june/july production. so i already knew coming in my wait would be long. at the time, i was going to just go through life like normal and not think about the car at all...until i found this website. a double edged sword indeed lol. good news is...it's almost the homestretch!

yes this is ... and again it makes you suffer tremendously from the syndrome called the depleting bank balance... I mean look at some of those mods available!!! .... I would love to get some of those on my 335, but I think the one that prioritises the list will have to be the Procede.. .I think its pure genius for the price!!!!!

my dealer cannot tell me what ship it is on ... just keeps harping that it shows 19th as the dropoff date. He cant even say if it will be NY or Baltimore... so much for the dealer .....hahahah.... this site has proven so much more intuitive and helpful than my dealer .... maybe I should refer him to this site and then charge him commission on it.

i'm almost 100% certain that your car would either be dropped off in NY or Charleston since there's no VPC at the baltimore port. easiest way to check is to just enter your VIN in the 2WGlobal website. but since toronto doesnt even go to charleston, your car is most likely going to NY

Anyone know how long it usually takes to get to your local dealer once the ship arrives in NY??

my dealer is central jersey and i was told probably the monday/tuesday after, with saturday being a hopeful longshot.

even if ships are ahead of schedule, do you think the ports would accomodate to them? i would think ports are always so busy they have a strict schedule to adhere to so even if ships arrive early....i dont think it necessarily would accelerate us getting our cars early. just trying to be realistic... we can certainly hope the VPC process and transit to the dealer are quick though!
