looking to move in the next few months. haven't started to actively look besides a few bored sessions at work. looking for something preferably gated and not full of hoodrats lol (my ex lived in a "nice" complex in Miramar, but the people that lived in that complex...SUCKED) thanks.

I've lived in three different Miramar complex
1. Milano: $1200/mo 2/2 (got my e92 oem wheels robbed, no one could do or say anything about the robbery. Neighbors can hear my wife walking in heals on the carpet, not sure if these apartments were built wrong or just the noise is too sensitive.)
2. Windsor: $1300/mo 2/2 good place, no complaints lived there for a year, nice place.
3. Courtyards At Miramar: $1350/mo 2/2.5 (two floors) good place, no complaints, nice neighbors, quiet.

looking for 1000-MAYBE 1500 (depends on the place). a 2 bedroom would be nice if the price is right. but I wouldn't mind a spacious 1 bedroom since its just me and my girl.

Best/Nicer cities in Broward County are Cooper City & Weston. Both are really close to Pines/Miramar

Lived here for 7 years, left car open overnight several times, i have no lock lug nuts, never an incident.

Always ask for "Specials", i got my rent down $120 vs the asking price on their floor plans @ San Michelle.

Weston is a really nice area. I live in Pembroke Pines (Pembroke Falls) mostly houses but it is a really nice community. Pool, gym, basketball court, tennis court and roving security. I am paying around 2200 for a 3bd 2b house with a backyard and a two car garage (must have for me) that includes the security system in the house and the Lawncare. Check it out. Plus everything is relative close to the community grocery stores, malls you name it's around.

I agree with Weston and Pines. Weston is a very safe neighborhood, so is pines West. East of Pines isn't bad either, but it can get really traffic-y.

Love Pembroke Falls, you missed something VERY important though... It's only a block away from the Dealership
