For Sale: BMW Performance Exhaust E92 E93 325i
For Sale is my BMW Performance Exhaust for a 325i
I believe this fits both LCI and pre-LCI, and is for the E92/93 325i. May also fit a 330i, but worth checking. BMW part number is: 18 10 2 217 676 Which yields the below in terms of fitment: E92 325i N52N, N53 E92 325xi N52N, N53 E92 LCI 325i N53 E92 LCI 325xi N53 E93 325i N52N, N53 E93 328i Was bought new in September 2014, and has been fitted to my 325 since then. So been on my car for approx 8 months, during which time I've covered circa ~2000mi. This is a great sounding exhaust, and a worthwhile upgrade to any 6cyl 3 series. I am only selling because I am selling my 3 series shortly and returning the car to stock. Plenty of videos on YouTube and I'm sure in this forum. Fitting of this exhaust will require an exhaust clamp, which is not provided. Any exhaust garage will be able to provide this and fitting is a 15 minute job, my local garage charged me £10 to fit, but this could of course be done DYI if you have ramps/required tools. Pictures of the exhaust prior to being fitted to my car. I am having this removed during the week and will post pictures after removal shortly. Looking for £475ono. Cash on collection. Sale includes the exhaust only. Collection only. Willing to travel a short distance if it will help with a sale, I am based near Reading in Berkshire. If collection is a big issue, can work with buyer to arrange a courier. Please PM for more details/queries. Last edited by ChrisN53; 05-28-2015 at 05:08 AM.. |

I think it will fit but tail pipes are longer so they need cutting a bit,and 325 pre lci has like a half system exhaust to fit this u need to cut your pipe which doest into the backbox and putting clamp there. Any exhaust garage could make it work i believe.

For the 325i E92 pre-LCI you are correct in that you do have to cut the existing pipe and clamp this on - but this is the normal method of fitment for the exhaust.
If anyone could confirm whether this would fit an E90, it would be appreciated. |

They sound amazing! Glad I got to own one, but I am now moving onto a 335i or potentially Z4 3.0si, so this has to go to another lucky owner. |

For anyone looking to fit a second hand PE, you will need to buy the exhaust clamp from BMW to fit it onto your existing pipe once the old back box has been cut off (cost around £40). Don't bother trying to get a third party clamp as you won't find one big enough to do over the 64mm (?) pipe diameter. The cut can be done dimensionally from the bend in the pipe using a dimension in the BMW fitting instructions (I found them via a Google search and can send a copy to anyone that want them). Chris

Looks like, with a bit of work, this could potentially fit an E91 as well as a 330i? Fantastic news. I agree completely with the noise comment; these things do sound awesome! |

Hey Chris. I know it's SPP but what kind of cost would one be looking to have one of these fitted? I take it you could just take it to an exhaust place rather than BMW?

Well my tyre and exhaust place charged me £10. It was probably up on the ramps for 20min. I would imagine a lot of places might charge you for one hours labour. Definitely doesn't have to be a BMW garage - any competent exhaust place will do.
