The 800 number now reports "In transit". Perhaps I made it out on the INTEGRITY? Or maybe they are putting cars on non-W&W boats. I get no matches for the VIN at the W&W site. Haven't heard back from my CA yet. Would be very nice if it's already on its way over!

According to a customer service rep at the 800 number my car left port on the 10th! I still get no joy when I enter my VIN at the W&W site in the auto tracking section, but if it's on a W&W ship I would guess it's on the Integrity. For those of you literally in the same boat, this site was one way to find it, at least on this portion of the voyage.

One can enter the vessel name in a field towards the top of the screen.

As of now the cargo ship Integrity is a little North of Bruges on its way to the English Channel. More fun than watching paint dry!

What makes me mad is that I wanted to change my order to the style 230 wheels and now I can't do that because it's done with production 3 weeks prior to when they told me. They better something out with me.

so does this mean they can change things as long as the production isn't complete?? or once it's started the production phase nothing can be altered?? my sales guy told me that he coudn't tweak tires because the car had already gone into production...

Headliner will be sourced from both Tischer and RoverActive

M3 Steering wheel coming from our ebay friend qalbeli

M3 iDrive knob can be sourced from Tischer or you can just buy the M5 knob, which is the same

Interior LEDs can be obtained from v-leds.com and BavAuto.com

I have been very patient so far, but this uncertainty is killing me. My coupe finished production on march 6th, but both the oc site and the 800# still say awaiting transport. I was hoping to be on the Integrity but apparently not since I also don't get a match in the W&W tracker. Will talking to customer service in the 800# yield more info???

I don't think so. When I spoke to a rep, I was told they only had info up to the port of exit. Your CA should know more about what ship, etc.

I can relate, speaking to a customer service rep was actually helpful for me. He was more up-to-date than both the automated 800 number information and the Owners Circle web page. My car finished production on the 5th -- in Munich, I wonder if some plants make it to Bremerhaven faster than others? -- and left on the Integrity the 10th, I learned about that from the customer service rep on the 12th, I think, but the VIN didn't show up at the W&W site until the 13th. From my sales rep yesterday and it showed up in the cargo tracking at WW this morning. I finished production on the 7th or 8th, got to the port on the 11th and on the ship on the 15th. The Elektra was the first ship leaving after i got to the port. So it looks like it took 3 days to show up in WW's website
