Water Getting In Rear Footwell 2008 318

After heavy rain last night I have 1/2 inch of clean water in the footwell behind the passenger (right) seat. I cut a small slit in the carpet and more gushed into the car! It was collecting under the carpet. Where's it coming in? The seals on the rear door look ok. Maybe the window isn't sealed?

It's most likely the vapor seals or sun roof drainage.

flyrr100 Did you find the leak?
I had a similar issue with a 96' Rav4 daily driver and it really sucked. The wind shield seal and trim had gone bad and basically needed removed, resealed, and put back in place. I was lucky enough to fix it myself but it wasn't going to hold up very long. Sold the car a year later. If left unfixed the floor boards will rust out in no time.

I haven't yet. I had the drained in the sunroof cleaned out. I think it's coming in via the rear window seal. It's a florida car and the seals are long flaked away.
