Too bad I'm all the way in Portland. Not worth the drive. I actually already bought the piping and stuff for this.

Just want to say I had it done today. Phillip is an outstanding guy totally cool and professional. The exhaust sounds amazing, absolutely no drone and yet when you stomp on it the sound is like music. I have the burble on it and I can say my exhaust sounds better than any exhaust I've heard online watching videos. If anyone wants to hear mine I'm in Seattle and Portland most of the time. Ill also try to post a video of it as well. Highly recommend this mod and for the price its an absolute steal.

That is awesome! So what is the deal? Just call the shop and schedule an appointment or what?

Yes call or text Phillip and he schedules it. I stayed there while he did it because he had a rotating stock of exhaust already modded so it was very simple he cut mine off and had my replacement one ready to go. Took a few hours all you need to bring with you is exhaust clamps from bmw or he will go with you to buy generic ones from auto parts store.

Anyone got 328i exhaust mod done? I know 328i inside is not as straight forward as the 335i.

All you do for the n52 muffler is cut out and replace or put metal around the perforated pipe so it's not perforated anymore. Very straight forward

Some don't do the entire back end of the pipe. Some just do the one side. Because, you have to cut on both sides. People get lazy

I've had both. The OEM PE had been in my car for about 4 years. I've actually owned two of them. Then, this PE mod I've had for about 2 months now. I can definitely say that I can't tell a difference.

Just a heads up the PE Group buy is off.

Finally got a hold of Phillip after 5 phone calls over 4 days and 2 voicemails. He's not much of a talker, was screening my calls for some reason and only responded to my texts.

FYI According to him: "Group buy is no longer in affect. That ended at the beginning of the August." He confused the hell out of me by texting: "Keep in mind, that's was $200 if you brought the exhaust and materials to me." (Meaning off the car and with replacement pipes? wtf)
"Group buy total price was $245. Which Sean did state on Facebook at least." Lots of misinformation between what he is saying and this thread so I'm just going to take it to a shop with a lift and knock this out in a couple hours.
