England didn't given enough, they seemed nervous no confidence.

Unless we spank Slovenia, which is about as likely as Carlos getting the lead role in the next 300 movie, then the WC is over for us.

All future televised England matches have been moved to the Gay Adult channel. Apparently, the sight of 11 arseholes frequently getting hammered for 90 mins was far too explicit for normal tv!

Is it the managers influence in part ie. stiffling their creativity or what. I know n'owt about football but know I've seen past England teams play with far more conviction and 'intelligence'.

I still think we'll pull it together in the last game and qualify though - a lot of the big teams are struggling in this World Cup, strange.

There was speculation over here that the altitude would play a part in the outcome of matches. Apparently it's true and affects the referees as well. Seems the referee in the USA - Slovenia game had altitude sickness and was hallucinating towards the end.
