Recently took my car 07 BMW 335i E90 w/ 52k miles into Mckenna BMW, my car was not performing as it should have, misfirings, sluggish throttle, and that infamous waste gate rattle. At first I was bit scared to take my car into the dealership because of previous modifications done to the car and often dealerships take advantage of you but rest assure Mr Charlie Kim is the man. I had gotten my turbos replaced, fuel injectors, spark plugs, o2 sensors, anything under warranty you name it. I also gotten the valve cover gasket and carbon walnut shell blasting even though they were not covered under warranty I got a hell of a deal. Though my car was a bit outdated, Charlie had done what he could to satisfy the needs of my baby. It had taken about a week to get responses back from BMWNA because of the goodwill request I had made due to the earlier production date of the vehicle. Do not lose hope in dealerships people, Charlie is a good man and he will do what he can for you. I will most definitely and already have referred a couple of my buddies over there. I haven't been on the forums for awhile due to the heavy loads of school and work but I have come on to spread the good word about Charlie. If anyone ever needs something done don't be afraid to contact Charlie as I was skeptical at first but haven't regret it since. Doubt I will be returning anytime soon since the car is in pristine condition but if I do it will be here at Mckenna . Have a nice day
