Bilstein B12 for Xi

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if anyone happens to have installed the Bilstein B12 (ProKit). When I did a search most results were for the RWD version but I'm curious about the AWD specific package (http://cart.bilsteinus.com/product/46-180605/188673/AWD). Mainly looking for feedback on ride height and ride quality. I know a number of guys are running Bilstein + Eibach combo but that is through the use of i springs. This package sounds like it does that combo but with pairing specific for XI applications. It could simply be a marketing move and they just packaged the shocks and i springs together to sell. The part numbers between B12 for RWD and AWD are different though.

I'm looking for the same info. Especially the ride height for a 335xi.

Thanks.

The only thing that should be different for the xi vs i is the front struts are xi specific. It rides pretty damn stiff on the blizzak lm-25 runflats, definitely ditching these for ws80's next year. It rides fine on my summer tires which are 18'' non-rft tires. The handling is freaking awesome compared to stock.

Is that your car? That's like perfect ride height. Looks good. I need to do suspension on mine.

Xi and RWD are different part numbers with different parts. Some companies do different springs rates for Xi too. But the front shocks is primarily what is different.

Thanks man. The worst thing is the ride with my winter run flats. It's pretty harsh, I hit the internal bump stops probably a few times per week. With non-rft tires, it's much better though.
