I still have some I use on my laptop to keep dust off the screen. Nothing else works better.

I am new into this. So i ordered the 1+2+3 step from Meguiars.
Deep Crystal series. And some quick detailer to use after washing. Thats all. It schould last the whole sommer they told me and you dont need to use a maschine for it. I hope it will do a nice job.

Oh, and to add to it, I would still use at least a PC if I were you. I did my car by hand and spent at least a good 12 hours on it over 3 days (granted my car was 10 years old and in very bad shape), my arm was like rubber when I was finished. I wouldn't do it again without at least a PC. Last edited by AJerman; 03-24-2008 at 01:48 AM.. |

Thanks, thats about 1/3 of my collection, for the room is bigger. Its just hard to get the right angel to take a pic that see's everything because of the lay-out of the room.

What applicator is good to use with a pc on the 1 step - paint cleaning? I would use a pc on the 1. step and do the rest by hand. Car is only 3 month old.

I didn't use a PC when I did it on my car though because I didn't have one, so I don't know which applicator pads to use. You know, these guys in this thread have garages that I'm definitely envious of, but until I see otherwise, at least with a black paint job, that 3 step with the extra glaze comes out nearly as perfect as you can get. Other colors may be a different story, but I'd spend the rest of the money on all the different things you need like wheels, tires, glass, vinyl, leather, etc etc. |

I think i just do it by hand. Paintwork on newer cars are a real damage. So i will use the 3 (4) steps and spend a few days on it.
But i canīt get the #7 in Denmark. The people who import it dont take it home. I got it all from you list (and more) Expensive but worth it if you like to keep you car newer then new. I canīt even get wheel wax over here....
