Intermittent reving

Hi

Ive been haveing some isues when accelerating lately.
when accelerating from say 1800rpm, when i reach around 2100 rpm engine stops for a splitsecond, and then it continues, as normal.
Sometimes the pause is longer.
Had the idea of the battey could have something to do with it.
When i charge the battey, it usually isnt present for a week or so.
Now it seems to have no effect.
It doesnt feel like the clutch.
And yes the car has been chipped.
Any ideas?

What kind of car? What do you mean by "chipped"? What are your fuel trims? Pulled codes? Checked fuel pressure?

Its the 320D with the N47 engine.
I should've wrote its been remapped, but havent had any issues the past two years.
It doesnt throw any faultcodes regarding engine or emission.
Only codes is regarding the auxillery heating.
Had changed O2 sensor, map sensor, egr cooler, intake and exaust temp.
