This way we can have a place to hang out on the Internet, instead of hunting everyone down.

ADD EDIT: FYI, Closed coordination with Passport still need to happen, for us to use their facilities, even if they have offered it. They need to give the final word to make it happen, even to just hang out in their facilities. Awaiting word from them.

ADD EDIT: unfotunately Password wont have anyone available that 21st as per call today. I do however secure the prize goodies. Let me know a day or two in advance so I can make arrangement.

I dont think Bav and the Va folks have any problem with 10:00 just play it by ear when to leave maybe 11:15-30am, just come later.

I'm on the fence, meaning count me in for the 21st - if my car is delivered to Passport in time. It's currently at the VPC in NY/NJ and I've sent an email to Passport asking them to give me an ETA for the vehicle at their pod. If I do have the car, I'll be coming from Ashburn and thus, meeting at Tyson's a head of time or going to Passport via direct is not an issue. Just let me know.

Sorry haven't been able to post much lately, was away most weekend and did not have internet access at work (where I do most of my e90posting

) - server problems.

Anyways to recap, I believe we have the initial meeting arrangements down pat (i.e. Tysons), still finalizing subsequent schedule of activities...

This is still very much an open forum so please post as much feedbacks/suggestions etc as possible. Remember this meet is a joint/collective effort
