Carly battery reg

Got a new battery for the car and want to register it with CARLY. Old battery was 80a and the new one is 77a. The Carly app options are 80a and 70a. Which one should I pick?

THREAD RESURRECTION!!

My current battery is 80A but every site I go to and enter my reg in like Tayna/ECP etc, 90% of the options I'm getting are below 80A like 74 or 77.

I assumed I would have to code to 70, I assume that a lower amped battery will be fine as long as the car knows about it?

That was always my thinking but every site I go to offers me 70a to 77a and the smaller 278mm length battery, the larger amped ones are bigger physically and would fit fine but conscious none of that size are offered on ECP/Tayna etc when I put my reg in? 😕

Edit - just checked ECP again and the most expensive battery it's offering (Bosch S5 at £200) is 77a?!

Maybe the real question is, am I ok to replace a 278mm long battery with a 315mm long one as long as the specs are all kosher and it fits the hole (which it would)?
