Ordered me up a fancy Titanium Silver 330i with sports, NAV, Sirius, and Step (had to...wife pressure). I should have a production number in a day or two and I can start the waiting game.

Based on a recommendation from this forum, I went to Passport BMW in MD, and got what I think is a great deal - $900 over on a 43K car. I'm happy with that. My lease should come to just over $500 (taxes up front). Schweeeet!

So, like many of you here, I will be pouring over production status numbers and shipping schedules

It's my first Beemer (I'm from the UK and we say Beemer) but I have been wanting a three series since the early 80s. I currently have a couple of late model Volvos which have served me well. Will probably sell the S60.

So, here's to counting off the days.
