Probably more opinions on this than any other question. Here's what the owner's manual says.

You beat me by only a few hours for this car... I inquired the day before a deposit was given... I called back and you snatched it up!!!
Good luck with it!!!

I've been there. Please feel free to contact me whenever in DC. You'll get a drive if you wish to. Thanks for the good wishes. And yes, I was quick and deadly with this car. I love it.

Snow Day - sunny day pic
Just thought I would help everyone in the NE remember spring is coming with a shot from earlier this week. Still on snow tires but the top is down! Also note the plasti dip badges, still not sure if I will keep them or not or do a de-badge when the weather truly warms up.

^There's a guy on youtube thats popular...forgot his name...but has a video of a Audi S7 same color as your car. He painted his trim a dark brushed aluminium color. I am thinking of going that route as a weekend diy over the factory chrome badging.

I was about to suggest something similar given the interior color of the car. I would go with some non-shiny grey. Maybe the same grey from the inside of the 313s? Just a thought.

^Those came out pretty good looking, PIA though de-badging etc to paint imo.
Had mine plasti-dipped black with the glossifier on top, kept the sides black but just recently went back to chrome on the rear. Another option I think would be the graphite plasti-dip w/ glossifier, just give it a tiny bit of shine and wont be so dull looking. That's also seems like alot of color going on PSU, with the black wheels and the orange reflectors and going gray on the badges. Any plans to get color matched reflectors?

I have lots of work to do on the appearance of this car, the previous owner looks like they just did not care too much about the paint. There are two door dings (one on each side!). I also need to get rid of the front license plate. The black wheels are winter only and I will be going back to 18" 313s once the snow stops. I am unsure on the reflectors but will make the decision after the weather is warm and I can do a full detail and get it looking better. Thanks for the input, keep it coming it keeps me thinking. |

I had one on my 2011 E90 335i Performance Edition.
It's an amazing exhaust. People asked me about it all the time. I wish I had it in my 2013 335is, the stock exhaust in comparison is definitely underwhelming.

Yes the 335is exhaust is just a little to quiet. I can't believe I can't find one iS with a BMW PE. Just wanted a review from someone.

I might be wrong here but isn't the IS exhaust just the PE with a start up valve and black tips? Golf tee mod and it's close to the same?

You got a review from 2011 335i with higher boost than stock! So that's basically the same. It's a great exhaust
