Just costed a few extra dollars to fill it in! I would love to get the LED portion extended instead that would look alot better and have the plastic covering it all the way through.

Holy smokes man, this is an old thread

Just buy the OEM ones, or replicas on ebay, and get your shop to fill, sand, prep, paint. Easy to do if you got a shop that can accommodate you.

Like he said it was "custom work", body shop would be able to do this without issue.
