Does it make sense to have this work done together?

So I have a 2011(n55) e90 and I'm almost at 100k. I bought it around 90k and besides oil changes/vanos solenoids, maintenance history is pretty unknown. When I was recently changing the oil I noticed the oil pan gasket seep has gotten worse and decided that maybe it's time to take the plunge and have it replaced. I also noticed the control arms up front looking quite worn (dry and cracked). So naturally now I'm also considering doing the M3 control arms up front, as a while you're in there kind of thing. I'm also aware that transmission should probably be serviced soon too. Before all of this I was considering doing the billstein b14 coilovers since they can be had for a little over $800 now. Anyway, my final question is does it make sense to do all of these things together? There should be some overlap no? How many hours of labor am I looking at here? Thanks!

There is not really that much labor overlap between most of that front suspension work and the oil pan gasket (as always I could be wrong), what however is almost 100% labor overlap is replacing the engine mounts. Whatever else you do or don't do, have the engine mounts replaced at the same time your oil pan gasket gets replaced.

Not sure about the labor hours, but the labor cost for the oil pan gasket is somewhere in the $ 1000 territory.

Other than the 45 seconds to get the car in the air on the lift, there's really no labor savings. Oil pan takes a drop of the subframe, but no suspension parts are removed. Transmission work is completely unrelated.

Thrust arms and control arms replacement should save a tiny bit if replacing the struts at the same time. An experienced BMW mechanic can replace thrust and control arms in 20 minutes a side. Taking the thrust and control arms off helps get the strut out easier.
