2007 335i HPFP Replacement questions
So I am getting ready to replace my 335i N54 HPFP. It just crossed 100k miles and I am happy with how far its made it, and is the last supporting mod I am looking to replace before I go full bolt-ons and a tune. I will be replacing it with the FCP Euro's kit that they sell. It includes the HPFP itself, the Fuel injection throttle body mounting gasket, and the Intake manifold gaskets as well. My question is, what should I also be replacing while I am pulling everything out. I heard something about replacing a low pressure line? Any information helps

You will have direct access to the low pressure fuel sensor. You may want to replace that along with the upgraded fuel line, as preventative maintenance.
Word of advice, before you remove the air intake manifold blow air around it to remove all the dust, stones and debris. You don't want that stuff falling into your ports as you wrestle the manifold out. Last edited by Wolf 335; 05-06-2020 at 08:09 AM.. |
