Nothing new. Busy with other projects. Haven't touched it since the weekend.
But trying to locate one of these in CH, so I don't have to keep popping out and looking at my own car : D.

Got a little bit of time tonight ... and had a go at getting some definition into the rear bumper (tricky old shape). Lower section still to do.

Sorry guys ... was busy with lots of other stuff.
One of which was putting my Genesis Dalek into a 1970s TV scene - here is 1970s style old faded photo of the set I'll get back to the BMW when I have some spare time. D.

Absolutely no work done on the actual model - but I was trying out some lighting techniques and needed a shape to bounce the light off.
So wheeled out some old BBS wheels I had lying around and propped the E92 on the top ... D.

No update in modelling - but was playing around adding 3D objects to a photo. Using a custom made chrome ball HDRI and some CGI "jiggery-pokery". Popped the present model in as well. Everything lying on the tiles is 3D.
Not really impressed with the fuzzy focus on my 400D these days - had it on a tri-pod at F22 for this and it is piss-poor. I expected mush better. makes getting a nice super crisp back plate near impossible. Must find some time to work on my virtual E92. D.

Had a good few hours to have a crack at the front bumper. And a few other little tweaks to the bodywork. Coming along slowly. Booforty : What is behind the front air and bonnet intakes - is it a honeycomb mesh ? D.
