Take a look at my post for the rears a page or two behind, I described everything step by step.

If you use the bushings there is no need to enlarge or mill anything, just remove the old bushings, press the new ones inside and mount it, stock bolts and stock holes.

Unfortunately there are no drilled/slotted for the rear, but at the end of the day, do you really need it?
My car had drilled/slotted front and only drilled rear and it looks awesome.

F30 and E90 calipers have different offsets, that is the reason you have to either mill the F30 calipers and then use F30 discs, enlarge the holes on the car OR use an e60 disc with the bushings and do no milling or widening whatsoever.

Decide yourself for one solution or the other, no need to use both methods.
forgive me, but you know you also have very confused ideas:
1: if the rotor of the F series and 6mm can far from the caliper, I put the rotor of the E60 series gain 3mm, the other 3? so it must be milled
2: I do not need to mill anything if I mount F135i series hubs, but I do not want to mount them.
3: my bmw is 320d and not 335 so the drum of my handbrake is 160mm you have it 180, so I put the disk of the series FX4 and milled the 6 / 7mm caliper, or emit the disk of the E60 and 3 mm cutter the caliper and I have to make the bushing to the hand brake drum bell

Look at my pictures once again, do you see that anything is milled or machined in any way? Other than the bushings my calipers are stock and can be reused on an F30 any minute if wanted, and they fit PERFECTLY!

It's a plug and play solution, old bushings out, new ones in, e60 disc, bleed and drive.. and I'm not the only one that confirmed that.
Sebastian (the guy I bought the bushings from) sold over 20 kits ready to install with the bushings already pressed in and it worked on every single one. Maybe it's different with US cars, even though I doubt it, but on EU works 100%.

The only problem that you have on your 320d is the handbrake drum diameter, personally I would do it like Seattlesquash on page 62

Fastest and simplest solution, someone that knows it's way around a welder/grinder does it in an hour.

Unfortunately, I think there is a difference with US cars or E60 discs.... but I only needed to shave off 2mm or so.

I did the swap on my car with machined calipers and it works well.
I didn't remove the rear or front dust shields.
The rears just need to be cut a little to allow the caliper to mount.

I still have all the shields from my kit sitting in the garage.

I have an E92 20d 4 cyl series.
at the rear I have handbrake drum 165, if I put E60 brake disc the drum is 180: can you change the brake shoes of larger handbrake, of another model?

It is not necessary to install those rings salpone. As long as the 6mm allen screw fits and the rotor hat is flush against the hub then the holes will line up.

Unless Zimmermann discs are a bit wonky with the 5 holes. Genuine discs are fine and i have used Protex discs also. No issue - save your labour

Exactly. Is important to be hub centric. But not be match the size of the lug bolts.

yes, I understand that it's ok even without bushings, but in this way the disk will never have any movement, ever.
then I had the bushings in the old 340 plant

you actually have one bolt that holds them in place from factory, why reinvent warm water?!

pardon my french, but those bushings are the most useless mod ever..

if you went to the trouble to produce and mount them, welding rear handbrake pads won't be a problem.

I did it for a friend last week on his 318d, works perfectly and took 2 hours for the complete rear. 😅

Yes, I understood it, but I already had the bushings and I put them on. no problem.
listen, instead of the rear handbrake, on the 318, what rear handbrake pads did you weld?

i removed what was left of his old 318d brake pad material, cut a new set off a 6zyl and welded it together on top of the 4cyl, literally the exact same thing as on the pics above.

20-30min per side, and I am no professional metal worker..
