Have owned this car for the last 4 years, roughly 30k miles, bought it bone stock and have loved the journey of building this car into my dream e90. Unfortunately I am moving and will not be able to have a car, so hoping it can go on to someone equally passionate who will appreciate it!

Car is not perfect and I have tried to be as transparent as possible in the listing. Car has been my daily driver and never tracked, I run a fairly simple tune, JB4 map 2 with MHD BEF (17psi on 91oct), as reliability has been crucial for a daily driver.

Car has been maintained by myself, SD garage, and Independent motorcars located here in San Diego.

Recently passed smog and it is ready to go, title in hand.

Rear Bumper and trunk - wrap has very bad orange peel
Rear Tail Lights - Need restoration
CF front splitters - small cracks and chips
Front bumper - wrap lifting near headlights and kidney grilles
Driver side rear quarter panel - door ding on wheel arch
Exhaust tips - Needs realignment from getting downpipes put back on

Needs new driver side door lock actuator ~$40
-Door will still lock/unlock but must use physical key at the moment
Needs new transfer case actuator motor ~$300
-Car is currently on xdelete software and drives perfectly, but has lights on dash and will need replacement before able to run in awd again
