BMW LED DCT Automatic Gear Shifter

Has anyone bought this from **********s and installed and use it yet? It is applicable to E9x/E63/E39. This is the new BMW LED Gear automatic shifter from the newer BMWs (2010 and above I think) for $129.95. Apparently the LED lights (R, N, D, M/S) work but the buttons on top and side doesn't work.

Yeah, it's a piece of crap! Looks real nice in the pictures, but is cheap plastic. Seriously, don't waste your money!

if you want a nice upgrade go with the m5 shifter with the manual boot.

or performance automatic shifter if you want a simple swap. althought the m5 shifter is easy assuming you get the harness that people sell with it which makes it plug and play otherwise there is a DIY on here.

Looks great. It's exactly what I want. is it fully converted? or just a knob? @the price, i'd have to wait if it's fully converted. It's worth the upgrade though. Keep your pre-lci up to date.

He makes the harness and configures the shifter as a kit. H has a website with all this stuff, I forget what it is, but just contact him by PM for details.

Anyone know if there is a retrofit for a 2011 335? Mines a lci and I can't find any post of ppl with lci installing that dct retrofit or anything else that works 100%.
