328 wont start...e90 help

My e90 328 07

The car will not start..

No click , no sound, the brake pedal is hard...
Insert key, it shows red airbag, red brake light , then a yellow explanation symbol on dash.

I never had a start problem.
3 days ago someone hit my from rear end, car did start after that.

Then I install new radiator and bleed the system ..

After that car wouldn't start..

At first i thought battery was dead, battery fully charged and new.
So far: checked fuses in junction box,
Replaced b+ battery cable

Please please help.....
Why us the brake pedal hard and I'm getting explanation sign on dash?
All power radios light. Locks are working.

have you checked that 12V is actually making it to the engine compartment?

Yes,
I charged the battery through the front battery terminals...

The car has complete power .
I dont think its starter cause its feels like no power is going there to start it....especially if I cant press the brake pedal down.

My starter went at ~95,000 miles, check codes and see if that's the issue. No other lights or noises when you press to start the engine? Full electric power throughout the car besides the engine not starting? Have you checked for any leaks or fluid levels?

Didn't read this at first, sounds like exactly what happened to me when my starter went out. Although it clicked the first couple times I tried to start it.

Someone else just had their starter go out on here and he said that he tried to start it 40 times in a row and eventually it fired up... I'm going to wager it is your starter though. How many miles on your car?

which cables?

there's the primary battery cable, should have 12V.
starter solenoid will get 12V when the car commands the starter to engage.

If you have voltage and the starter doens't work, starter is bad.
if yo uhave no voltage, it's a battery cabling issue.

I followed the video..

I think the Cas system wouldn't put out that code if the starter initiated..

That engine start failure code.

Starter comes tomorrow, I'm still looking to see if it's anything else.

I never got a click noise or ever had a starter issue..

This randomly happened immediately after I changed the radiator and bled the system.

Did you put coolant back in? (JOKE)

Did it ever run at all since the new radiator and coolant flush? Did you put anything in the radiator besides water/coolant, like one of those cleaning products?

Maybe you knicked something in the process. Vacuum line perhaps, or maybe some wires? There is also an off-chance that you might have shorted something with overspill, maybe the starter. Double-check that there are no loose wires or hoses anywhere. After thinking about this issue for a while I would bet that you accidentally moved or changed something because unless your car overheats, coolant/cooling system is probably not to blame. Good luck, and I await an update in anticipation! Very curious as to what this could be.

replacing the radiator is just unplugging the fan, moving air box, i did disconnect mass air flow sensor.

I wouldve gotten that code, ive seen it before.

I check the voltage to the upfront battery terminal 12v ..

check voltage on battery terminal fuse box all power is 12v

only thing that noyone has cleared up for me..

in the STARTER video when he tests the white starter 14g wire it looks like the harness is unplugged.. when I put the multimeter to that wire like he did I get 0.00v.. I get 0.00v plugged into harness or unplugged.

I did find that same starter wire on the starter but i must move stuff to properly reach it.

If a cable got disconnect would the passenger side front battery terminal still receive 12v?

Tomorrow I will remove intake and see.
