I just got on the road two days ago... ONLY running 20 psi as I haven't got a PI system installed yet... HOW THE DAMN HELL do you drive at that power level?!?!?!?!? I don't get shit for traction in first or second and it only hit's about 18'ish psi then 3rd it takes off like an insane bat outta hell on 20 psi... I had my RB's turned up to 19 psi running e60 and now I'm only running about e30 and HOLY HELL... WTF does THAT feel like!!!!

LSD, lots and lots of suspension mods, and great tires. It feels like a plane taking off, no joke. I'm only now starting to see traction issues, but I've found that with traction control one click off (not fully off), those issues aren't as noticeable.

You have a RWD, he has an AWD.

400 AWHP != 400 RWHP

You need a lot more to achieve 400 WHP on an x-Drive vs. the RWD's.

I understand that ... But #21 psi PUMP ? Why ?

I run map 3 65 additive on Verify E60 and i only see it spiking about 19psi tops.

He probably has inlets perhaps ?

Ok I am going to jump in here-

Stock AT 2009 335i Xdrive 79k

fresh spark plugs, oil change and a cobb high flow panel filter

car cooled down for about an hour and the temp was about 36 degrees in PA.

Unfortunately it was a Mustang dyno but I made sure DTC was all the way off. DS in 4th started at about 2k rpm.

A disappointing 234 awhp. I found a calcualtion here on the forum that by dividing by .85 is an accurate estimate of what would have been put down on a dynojet with corrective factors and smoothing in place. That brings me to 275?? Seems like a ballpark number for stock.

Also FYI 2013 S5 with a catback put down 275 on the mustang dyno

You are x-Drive and 6AT, so more drivetrain loss than my friend!

Now get it modded, go back to the same dyno and compare the delta!

Exactly, the delta is all the matters, not the glory#. If you do some bolt ons and a tune and raise that by 100 hp/tq, that's a win!

398.83 whp/ 405 wtq on 93 (winter gas). We feel like the numbers are a bit low, but we have a few ideas of what may have happened.

We suspect the wheel slip on the roller. After reviewing videos it looks like the staff was adjust straps on last run.

Also I just uploaded the map after a trip to the dealer. Not sure if the dme fully adjusted to the map, as I didn't get a chance to do some WOT pulls before the dyno, only local street driving.

Before my logs were clean and strong, not timing corrections. But if you see the logs from the dyne session you'll see a few corrections.

I did 405 whp, 443 wtq with fbo + inlets on 93, which is kinda of low. We think the Cobb panel filter is not enough effective at this level, and thus still holding us back.
