leaking oil from engine oil cap. pics
Hey,
Noticing today there's some gunk around the oil cap, kinda seems like oil has been coming out from the top cap of the engine, so much so it has even over flowed a little to the coils. Noticed theres a rubber seal under the cap, not sure if its meant to be like this but seemed really loose, if its a seal could this be causing the issue? Anyone had a similar issue? |

I would consider a new cap. Your design of cap has been superseded. Check RealOEM for the revised part number...

Didn't realise there were two versions of this oil cap
Old: 11127560482 New: 11128655331 They look quite different too. I agree that on the pictures the cap isn't closed fully. Needs twisting more so the flat of square lines up with the recess in the engine cover |
