Car inspection in Portland, OR

I am considering a car sold in Portland by a member on this forum. I am not able to view it in person myself before committing (I am currently overseas) and wondering if there is someone up that way who can help me out and take a look at it and take it for a short test drive with the owner riding along. It is located at South Waterfront.
