E90 power folding mirrors retrofit

Hi everyone!

Do you have any idea whether it’s possible to retrofit bmw e87 wing mirrors on a pre lci e90 ? My car has 5-pin mirrors and I only found 5 pin power folding mirrors from e87 cars. I’m suspecting the mirror covers are different only.

The mirrors can be retrofitted but not sure exact physical fitment between e87 and the e90. Nonetheless, the technology in both cars are identical so you just need to figure the wiring and coding needed.
