Good find. Going to be on the list of my mods to come since my msport wheel cover is getting kinda worn.

Has anybody actually tried this on an M-Sport wheel? Not sure if the m sport is really thicker than the sport with thumb grips.

SHEEDI, how is the wheel holding up at this point months later? The top right quadrant on mine is well worn and I'm thinking this might be a good repair for it (SMH on why the previous owner didn't just switch his hand placement instead of wearing a huge spot in my wheel!).

Nice, thanks for the reply. I remembered this thread when you first posted it, but thought there was only 1 style of cover on the site back then. Now there are quite a few styles on the site. Or maybe I'm just getting senile.

I have the same steering wheel you do, so do you happen to remember which Style Number you went with?

you can mention about what color strip and stitching you want and you can also send them your wheel's picture. send them you car's details and what exactly you looking for before ordering it.

How is the thread holding up? I'm tempted to buy one for my daily, but maybe spring for some OEM grade thread from JPMsupplyco.

A month later after purchasing mine showed up yesterday. I plan to install this weekend. Any pointers from those who have installed? Is the double sided tape really counterproductive?

don't use tape, might try adding thin foam under the cover to make it feel thick

Did mine this weekend. Project took about 5-6 hours. I disconnected my battery, removed air bag and steering wheel. I expected a long project and decided I'd do it in the comfort of my living room floor with coffee and music versus sitting in the car trying to stitch in some uncomfortable positions. I also went with the grey stitching all around to match the interior, my car isn't a M series so I opted out of the red, purple and blue stitching.

I did get a couple of wrinkles but hey, I'm cool with the outcome. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase.

You opted out of the red, purple and blue stitching because your car is not M but you still have M logo on wheel trim

You should redo it and fix wrinkles, that doesn't look good

I knew I'd get called out for it, but it's the sport package. I refuse to be the guy looking for reasons to put M badges on my car. Debadging is one of the first things I did. Oddly enough I'm a low key person.....says the guy driving a BMW.

I probably will, but I'll wait to do it. Waiting to hear back from the company as they sent me the wrong wrap. The perforations were supposed to go down to the humps at 10 and 2. If they send me another one, I'll rewrap it. If not, it'll be a few months. I've got other mods to work on first. 6 hours of free time is rare for me.

I have this cover as well. Waiting to find time to install it. One question I had was about the back of the steering wheel where the spokes come from the center to the wheel itself. Can someone with it installed take a picture of how the back of the cover is installed? Does it just sit flat against the back?
