Hey guys, so I know its not BMW related, but Ive decided to sell my bike so I thought Id post it up here.
Im selling for 2 reasons: 1. I dont ride EVER (bike is almost 2 years old with 3500km) 2. I'm buying my first house and every little bit counts.

The bike is a 2008 R6
Liquid Silver - has one small scratch on the lower brake side fairing, other then that its FLAWLESS! not a single swirl mark on the paint
3600km
Broken in properly
Bought and serviced at Kahuna Powersports
I have all service reciepts including the bill of sale
Bought new in August 2008

Willing to sell it stock or fully modified.

Stock would include the following things still:
Gold wheels (tires have 1500km)

I'd love to take this, but motorcycle insurance for me is $5k to $6k annually I just called up my provider.

Id say if youre seriously considering a bike Id try State Farm.
My insurance on my first bike (04 R6) with my M1 and no riding experience at all, 20 years old was $125 a month.
Right now I pay $67 a month on this one.
My old company was going to charge me something like 4-5gs for the old bike

Just over $12600 stock from the dealer, then about 4-5gs into it in aftermarket parts and labor
So about $17000 total Id guess

That's a sick rate you got at 20y/o
I got quoted by state farm last year (20 as well) for around 3000-4000 for a 600cc and i had an M2 at the time

I'll give state farm a call. I just thought that since my vehicle was already ensured with TD Meloche Monnex, I'd get like a preferred rate.

def give them a try. Cant hurt to inquire, you might be pleasantly suprized or the opposite, wont know till you call
