I have put my E91 into a vin decoder which has given me what I assume is the build record for the car

Some of the options look a bit odd such as;

1CD Brake energy regeneration

563 Lights package - don`t they all have them?

8TL Daytime Lights Front And Rear Active

8TM Daytime Driving Lights On Engine Start

There don`t seem to be any drl`s on when engine is started at all

If anybody can make any sense of these please feel free to post

The ES models don't get option 563.

I think 1CD is standard for the LCI models.

Don't know about 8TL or 8TM. If you've got iDrive, there's an option somewhere that lets you tweak them, I think.
