I finally got around to having some free time and money to wire in this kit, I had to saw and drill through the driver side dash cover to route cables through due to length, but looks clean now!
The wire you can see dangling is now tied up cleanly too. Next up is applying red gel to the door lights

Thanks dude! You can yeah, it's tied to my phone on an app and it has a remote wired in.
The remote lets you change basic colours (red, green etc), swap modes (music, pulse or constant) and power. The app is brightness, full RGB hue and modes / power. Car LED Strip Lights by APP... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0798KMJ...p_mob_ap_share

Nice. I have them on my to-do-list once my android project is wrapped up.
Question, can you set the colour to 'BMW' orange to match the OEM orange? Also, how good is the app? Does it remember the setting next time you turn them on? Do you think it would be possibleto connect the wires to factory wirrs? Say door switch, this way they only come on when the interior lights come on when it gets dark? |

I imagine so, it's just about wiring them into the right part of the car?
