car won't start??

this code appear 2ded(power management..), every time i delete it it appear again, then yesterday the car didn't start? what's the problem?

I think that code is either your battery is dying or something is drawing too much power.

how old is your battery?
do you have any aftermarket electronics? lights/audio/guages etc
